A few drops of dish soap
Water
Put together in a jar that has a lid. Shake to make bubbles on top. Leave the lid off and flies will be attracted to the apple cider vinegar, get stuck in the bubbles, and drown. Replace lid and agitated to create more bubbles as needed.
