Cedarwood Oil

Cedarwood Oil
  1. For the BEST night's sleep - rub 1 drop of Cedarwood oil on the bottoms of the feet before going to bed.
  2. To improve concentration - rub 1 drop of Cedarwood on your right thumb. The right thumb is connected to the right brain, so it's great for increased learning and concentration! I even used this when taking my Nutritional Therapy midterms last month. :) 
  3. To relieve stress - diffuse 3 drops of Cedarwood and 3 drops of Lavender.
  4. To improve dry scalp and circulation - combine 2 drops of Cedarwood with 1 tablespoon of Fractionated Coconut Oil and rub it into the scalp. Let sit for 30 minutes and then shampoo out. 
  5. For joint discomfort - rub 1 drop of Cedarwood on area of concern.
  6. To relieve dry, itchy skin - add 1 drop of Cedarwood to your lotion and apply where needed. 
  7. To reduce a cough - rub 1 drop of Cedarwood on the lungs or throat area to help reduce congestion. 
  8. To repel mosquitos and household insects - Diffuse 4 drops of Cedarwood or put 20 drops in a glass spray bottle topped off with filtered water and spray around the house to repel insects
