To help, here are my 10 favorite ways to use Peppermint Oil: - Headache Relief - Rub 1-2 drops of Peppermint over your temples, the back of your neck, or on the area of concern.
- To Relieve Sinus Pressure - Rub 1 drop over your sinuses to help make for easier breathing. Be sure to stay away from your eyes!
- Fever Reducer - A fever is a good thing because it helps the body fight infection, but if you’re wanting to lower your body temperature, 1-2 drops rubbed on the bottoms of the feet or on the back of the neck can help cool the body.
- Natural Energizer - Stay away from the Red Bull! Diffuse 3-4 drops each of Peppermint and Wild Orange to help you stay awake and improve focus.
- Sunburn Relief - If you’ve been out in the sun a bit too long, 1 drop of Peppermint and 1 drop of Lavender combined with some Fractionated Coconut Oil can be rubbed on the area of concern to cool the skin and alleviate the burning.
